About
Pat Evans was born in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in Los Alamitos. After obtaining her nursing degree from Saddleback Nursing College, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 6 years and then attended Harbor/UCLA Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner program. Natural progression took her to San Jose State University Midwifery school. She has been working as a CNM in Orange County since 1990.
Midwifery chose Pat to become a midwife. Working in labor and delivery, she realized how she could empower women to be the best they can be through their entire life cycle and to have most positive birth experience possible with healthy outcomes for both mom and baby.
When not working, Pat enjoys spending time with her husband and family, writing, quilting, reading, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and traveling.
