About
Leah Phan, DO loves interacting with individuals, building rapport and guiding people to a healthier lifestyle. She was inspired by her peers while contributing to the UCLA Mobile Clinic Project and the Vietnamese Community Health Project, which introduced her to family medicine physicians and other local providers in the community.
It is a true privilege to be a doctor. I am grateful that each of my patients allow me to witness a very special part of their lives and to participate in their medical care.
In addition to family medicine, Dr. Phan is passionate about preventative medicine as well as women's health. She hopes that with her help and support, her patients will be able to grow into the best versions of themselves.
In her free time, Dr. Phan loves to spend time with her family and friends. She spends every moment that she can outdoors: kayaking, camping, hiking, etc. She is also thrilled to be back in Orange County so she can serve the area in which she grew up.

This was a visit I was worried about because it could mean surgery. Her and her staff drew a flower and the word “Welcome” and my name on the examine table. It made me feel so welcome and unstressed. Then Dr. Pham came in and further calmed fears and gave me assurances. I left with a plan and next steps and mostly relieved that I would be in good hands.

I wish I was told way before my appt. That they which my well check to a brain test.I had a big family issue,and no sleep and was caught off guard with this very simple text. Patients should be told before that they are whiching from well check to some other testing!!!!!

I spent a lot of time to take medication. I didn’t receive my medication, so I called to talk to Dr. Leah Phan, but receptionist took care herself and make me spend a lot of time. Therefore delivering home make me spend more money. I am really not happy.

I was not listened to with compassion or care. Most of my concerns were dismissed and I was not given any options for testing or referrals. I had to ask multiple times to see a specialist and even then she said “they probably won’t authorize it”. Fortunately, it was authorized but I left the visit feeling more discouraged and worried for my future healthcare outcomes.
