Krystle Wong FNP-C completed her nursing education at University of California, San Diego and pursued her residency at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. She discovered her passion for healthcare at a young age, driven by a desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Raised by her grandparents, she developed a special bond that fueled her commitment to family practice. With a focus on providing holistic care and building strong patient relationships, Krystle finds fulfillment in guiding individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

After flushing this out, We decided that it wouldn't be the greatest idea to do so. Krystle went over all of my options and possible outcomes. She answered all questions and looked at the big picture for my health. I had some other minor concerns that I didn't get to address, seemed like the time I had was a little short.

I went in for a preop appointment. During the meeting I indicated I had a cough which I attributed to being exposed to Covid. Krystle indicated that the reason for appt was preop and not my cough. It was as if she wanted me to make a different appointment for the cough which I indicated was silly since I was there and think my disclosure is necessary given I am there for a preop. It was not until I prompted her to check my throat that she I did it. She seemed more annoyed than interested in my actual health. She then was making the recommended treatment optional. In the end she addressed my concern but the experience was not great.

However, I’ve sometimes felt unheard during our conversations, and certain questions came across as insensitive or offensive.
