The annual check appointment with Dr. HAGHIGHAT was given to me for 40 minutes. However, 20 minutes into the meeting, the doctor said that he has to go to another patient. I was disappointed that I did not even complete addressing all the issues I wanted to discuss with him. The front counter staff took along time to figure out what my insurance status is. Does the total appointment time include the patient sign-in time?

Rushed and disorientedDr Haghighat first wandered into the neighboring exam room and realized he was in the wrong place before wandering into my exam room without knocking. Did not respond to my 'hello' and he quickly walked out without a word. 30 minutes later he walked into my room again without knocking, left the door wide open and said 'let's see it', referring to my injury. The door was left open for my entire exam, and he shrugged his shoulders instead of answering a question related to my injury. The nursing staff took better care of me than he did. Avoid this disoriented and unprofessional doctor at all costs.

I do not feel respected after seeing Kamran Haghighat. He did not listen to my concerns and did not answer all of my questions. Doctor's are supposed to care and it felt like he wanted me out of his exam room as fast as possible because of my condition. Would not recommend and will be looking for a new PCP. I will also be moving my wife and two children off of Memorial Care as a result of this visit.

Dr H was so scattered. He did not listen to me about my symptoms, wrote the wrong symptoms on my chart, told me the wrong diagnosis, and contradicted himself several times about the course of action. He would just leave the room in the middle of the conversation, without telling me where he was going. He was surly, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful.
