About
Julia Harris, M.D. was born and raised in Southern California where she graduated from Fountain Valley High School and completed her undergraduate training at the University of California San Diego. She graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1997 with honors in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, and then entered family medicine residency training in Daytona Beach, FL.
“I chose a career in medicine because I enjoy working with whole families and like the variety of ages, as well as the procedures used in family medicine. I also enjoy helping people make positive life changes that keep them healthy and happy.”
Dr. Harris has two children and lives in Huntington Beach. In her time away from the office, she enjoys traveling and many outdoor activities including surfing, scuba diving, skiing, running, and yoga.

So this is a moot question.However, I feel very blessed that I was taken as a new patient several years ago. Dr. Harris is extremely kind and empathetic. She doesn't want to just be done with your visit and get rid of you. She asked me questions that actually prolonged my visit, because she knew what questions to ask.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRACTICE. I was a new patient and needed a renewal of a medication I have been taking for 20+ years. She wasn't "comfortable" renewing this prescription. Did she offer any other alternatives? No. And now I am suffering. I am done and moving to another practioner with common sense ZERO stars
