About

After attending medical school at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, Dr. Judith Wong completed her neurosurgical residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Since then, she has been building a practice in both pediatric and adult neurosurgery.

Dr. Wong obtained a masters in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health. It was during this time that she became passionate about surgical quality and safety, particularly as it pertains to neurosurgery. She has worked with leaders such as Atul Gawande to advance the field and has published multiple papers on the subject.

Dr. Wong values caring for the whole family and patient, in conjunction with the neurosurgical issue. Her specialties and areas of interest include neurosurgical oncology, cerebral endoscopy and hydrocephalus, cerebrovascular neurosurgery, craniofacial surgery, congenital malformations and general neurosurgery.
