Since I couldn't see my own MemorialCare doctor, I went to the first available who was Dr. B. He was amazing. He listened, he spent soooo much time, he was kind, and he didn't scare me even though my condition turned out to be something requiring immediate attention and that had the potential to escalate to an emergency. Instead of sending me to the ER, he was able to get me a same day appointment with a specialist he trusted. The specialist was equally amazing.Although I've only seen him once, I would say Dr. Biorkman might be the best family medicine physician I've ever come across, for his experience, bedside manner, and way of making sure I got to a specialist he trusted in a timely manner.

I waited an hour after my appointment time of 2:00pm. Dr. Didn’t seem to be up to date on my chart. He is not my regular Dr. so he may have been heavily involved with patients that day.

I used to like Dr. Biorkman better but lately I don’t think he really explains stuff very well. I don’t feel like he takes me seriously and jokes about stuff too much.

Doctors are busy. We all get that. But you still need to maintain a minimum level of punctuality and professionalism right. I show up to my appointment on time. You are running late so you come in 10 minutes later. Fine. Then you say "o wait give me a second" then leaves for another 15 minutes. No communication from the nurses or anything. I was in there for a basic annual physics. At this point I've been waiting longer than my entire appointment would have taken. What a failure of professionalism and communication
