Doctor was very clear about what the situation was and what I needed to do and procided the air cast to isolate the ankle from further injury which was an issue. The nurse I think was was not aware of the specifics of application and thought there were no instructions included.,Fortunately when I asked for a zip lock to put the pipe she got the original box which had the instructions and that was pretty good. I am really appreciative of the direction and the air cast which is so helpful

I had what seemed like a small medical issue over the long weekend, and went to urgent care where an NP sent me home with Motrin.Still feeling something wasn't right, I made the first appointment I could get with a doctor. Since I couldn't see my own MemorialCare doctor, I went to the first available who was Dr. B. He was amazing. He listened, he spent soooo much time, he was kind, and he didn't scare me even though my condition turned out to be something requiring immediate attention and that had the potential to escalate to an emergency. Instead of sending me to the ER, he was able to get me a same day appointment with a specialist he trusted. The specialist was equally amazing.Although I've only seen him once, I would say Dr. Biorkman might be the best family medicine physician I've ever come across, for his experience, bedside manner, and way of making sure I got to a specialist he trusted in a timely manner.

I've been seeing Dr Biorkman on and off over the years, due to changing jobs/insurance plans . Took all my kids to him when they were growing up. Now I'm in my 60's and happy to have found him on my list of doctors . I was so pleased . He always takes time with you and is very responsive to your concerns and questions. It's hard to find personable doctors anymore ,that listen, put orders in quickly and for me specifically, gets all my referrals done asap and answer emails . Very happy camper 😊

I hate going to hospitals and to the doctor's office by nature, but Dr Biorkman is the ONLY doctor I've had in my life that I enjoy seeing. He is very easy-going, has a calming demeanor and just puts you at ease with his conversational style. The one time I saw another doctor at MemorialCare because I needed antibiotics and Dr Biorkman's schedule was full, I regretted it.

He was less rushed today and I got all the tests I wanted ordered . I only wished I knew what was wrong with me and that all dr’s would suggest tests based on our conversations .and their knowledge. I usually go in knowing what I’d like checked but I am not a Dr and would like more feedback . Overall visit was to my satisfaction

I waited an hour after my appointment time of 2:00pm. Dr. Didn’t seem to be up to date on my chart. He is not my regular Dr. so he may have been heavily involved with patients that day.
