About
I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to help people improve their lives and family practice gives me the opportunity to care for people at any stage of life, from infancy to adulthood.
Dr. Bare joined MemorialCare Medical Group in 2005, as one of our urgent care providers. Being board certified in family medicine, he transitioned into family practice in 2017. Growing up in South Orange County, Dr. Bare attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine, followed by an internship and residency at Harbor UC Los Angeles Medical Center.
He enjoys working with his patients and seeing them become empowered to make a difference in their own health. When he is not in the office, you may find him participating in triathlons or cycling. He also is devoted father of three children and enjoys playing worship music at his church.

I had to schedule the appointment a month in advance, but it wasn't urgent. Once there, I didn't have to wait very long to see Dr. Bare. His PA was very nice so helpful taking my BP, and administering vaccine. She is a lovely person.I really like Dr. Bare. He listens closly to my issues. He reviews my charts with me. He gives me feed back and makes appropriate recommendations that I can use. There are so many medical specialties available, I may not need a family doctor but, I find my periodic visits with Dr. Bare valuable. He consolidates my health care in a meaningful way.
