Christopher Phuong Nguyen, MD is Double boarded and Fellowship trained, with certifications in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

“I chose geriatric medicine because I was inspired by my mother’s compassion in caring for our family of 13. Her influence led me to pursue medicine where I could extend that same kind of care to others.”

As a physician, Dr. Nguyen values the meaningful relationships he builds with patients and their families, based on trust and respect. “I strive to treat my patients the same way I would want a physician to care for my own elderly parents,” he states. “My mother is now 98 years old.”

Dr. Nguyen comes from a large Catholic family and is the youngest of 11 children. He is married with four children. In his time away from the office, he enjoys traveling to new places, tasting new foods with his family, and supporting his children at their swim meets.
