Alexander Nguyen, NP

Alexander Nguyen, FNP-C comes from a family of health care professionals. “I chose a career in medicine to make a positive difference in my community and help those in need,” he says. “I was inspired by my family, who encouraged me to achieve my goals while also working tirelessly to establish their own careers in medicine.”

As a family nurse practitioner, Alexander says he feels the great professional satisfaction. 

“Watching my patients feel empowered as they learn and apply healthy lifestyle habits to take control of their health. My objective in treating patients is to establish a 50-50 provider-patient relationship, meaning that we should both have a say in health treatment and goals.”

Alexander grew up in southern California and speaks Vietnamese. When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys being in nature, traveling and eating lots of good food.
