Nothing particularly personal against Regina but my care with Regina was not handled correctly timely. Worst of all was the follow up with me from the practice manager who NEVER called when she said she would. I'm now having surgery for something that wouldn't be needed had my care been timely managed. I wrote about this before and NOONE followed up with me. I will not be returning to memorial care -at least this office.

I'm diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and also autistic. I had an anxiety attack in Reginas exam room because I was very stressed about feeling not helped and I started crying and getting very upset. She offered no comfort and instead told me not to raise my voice at her. She is only good if you are neurotypical and very calm. I felt very uncomfortable with her.
