Dr. Gutierrez is excited about coming back to Orange County where she grew up and where most of her immediate family resides.
My father is a surgeon, and my sister is also a family medicine physician, both here in OC. I believe I'm a great listener, which in turn helps me better help my patients. I became a Family Medicine physician because I'm interested in the big picture of people's health; whole person care, including the effect of your mental health on your physical well-being.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Gutierrez has special interests in Diabetes and Women's Health.
Outside the office, she enjoys playing with her kids, reading, and watching basketball, tennis, "Top Chef" and "Project Runway." And when she can find the time, she loves to salsa dance.

Dr. Gutierrez is absolutely amazing! She was my mother's PCP for several years, and i accompanied my mother to several visits. I was always impressed by how kind, thorough, responsive and efflicent she was with my mother. I am forever grateful to her for that. Today she had the opportunity to help my Dad out on very short notice get some paperwork quickly, so that he would not have to postpone a visit to his specialist and wait weeks again for relief. She did that while covering for another doctor who was out of the office. I was stunned and amazed at how smoothly and quickly she handled that with grace and efficiency.

A Doctor…. Who cares and listens.Having not seen a Doctor for a few years, finding a Doctor who stands out is not easy. I searched my insurance and upon finding Dr Gutierrez, I searched via Google and with the reviews I bit the bullet.I’m sure glad I did.The visits to the office and how understanding Dr Gutierrez was to my needs, some which I overlooked. I mean do we really know ourselves that well. The approach and care undertaken, I’m truly thankful for finding Dr Gutierrez, finding medical care when all have you at heart truly makes the experience more meaningful and I now regret not going to see a Doctor sooner.You may have to wait at times for an appointment but you can be put on a wait list to be seen sooner. In my case I’m in no hurry and I don’t cause unnecessary drama to anyone. So the time waiting is worth it and also proves that the visit is so worthwhile in the end.I thank Dr Gutierrez and all at Memorial Care.
