Be Heard. Be Involved. Make a Difference.

At MemorialCare, we believe exceptional care is achieved when patients, families, and health care professionals collaborate as equal partners. Our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together this diverse group of individuals to promote patient- and family-centered care, so that we can create a more compassionate, respectful, and responsive health care experience for all. By integrating the voices of patients and families into our decision-making, we aim to continuously enhance care, programs, policies, and services throughout MemorialCare.
