Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute total body workout designed to improve your posture, stability, and mobility, all while safely rebuilding strength from the inside out. Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and barre techniques, this workout focuses on controlled, mindful movements to help you reconnect with your body after baby.
We incorporate resistance bands and core balls for low-impact strength training that targets those deep muscles you didn’t even know you had! Whether you’re rehabbing your core, improving flexibility, or just craving a moment to move and breathe, this class meets you where you are in your motherhood journey.
Series Details
- Four-part series: Classes are held weekly for four
consecutive weeks from 11 a.m. - noon. - Registration is for the full 4-week series. Individual class registration is not permitted.
- 12 spots available per series.
- We kindly ask that mothers attend only one series.
- Moms are welcome to attend with or without
their baby.
Requirements
While this series is designed specifically for new mothers who delivered at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center, all moms are welcome.
- Post-partum mothers should be cleared by their healthcare provider to resume normal physical activities prior to registering for the series.
