Thuy D. Nguyen, CPNP-PC, completed her nurse practitioner program at the University of California, San Francisco. She chose a career in medicine because she wanted to assist others and create a positive impact on their well-being. She specifically chose a field in primary care and pediatrics because she appreciates the focus on preventive health, ensuring her patients remain healthy while offering valuable support during illness.
Thuy values primary care for its unique ability to foster enduring relationships with patients and their families. Ultimately, the satisfaction she derives from knowing she contributes, even in small ways, to the well-being of infants, children, and teenagers highlights the joy she finds in her work.

Thuy grew up in Southern California in Downey and is able to speak Vietnamese. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, whether it is going on a camping adventure or staying home and building Legos. She also enjoys hiking, playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
